Elements of Nature.
Tranquility is found by water, staring at the moonlight, or just breathing mindfully. Taking a moment, to center, breathe and just be, helps me to balance in times of turmoil. No matter how well practiced we are, conflict happens, and areas of disturbance arise for us to deal with. How do we cope best in these difficult circumstances, which often puts us out of place?
Displacement in us, is energy going haywire. It does not know where to settle, and therefore mixes us up. It may start in the chest or in the gut, and it expands upward and downward, taking root, high jacking the whole system.
Mindlessness is often a direct cause of conflict and the root of displacement. It is the Catch 22. How do we handle displacement? Often not very well.
The easiest way to start for peace-of-mind, is to stop for a moment, and just breathe consciously. We are learning to reign in the mind.
